On Saturday, we skyped with Aunt Becky, Uncle Dave, and Cousin Audrey. Audrey says "ma ma ma" very clearly.
On Sunday, John woke up with his and "M" and "N" sounds! He'd had some of his "M's" in, saying "meehhh mehhhh mehh" when he was upset and wanted to be picked up. But on Sunday, he started saying the "ma ma ma!" He now says it lots, as well as "neh neh" and "nanana" and all sorts of combinations such as "nam-mam" etc.
It truly melts my heart to hear this little guy say "mamamama" even though it isn't intentional yet or directed toward me. He must know it too, because he rarely just fusses saying "AHHH" anymore... now it is almost always "MEH MAMAMAMA NANANA." Of course, when he's saying "mam mom am" I'm going to pick him up as fast as I can!
